I am a visual artist whose practice has recently transformed after dedicating 15 years to the tattoo industry. My transition to oil painting represents both a professional evolution and the fulfillment of a long-held artistic aspiration. My abstract compositions are deeply influenced by the textural landscapes and emotional resonance of shoegaze music, translating sonic atmospheres into visual experiences through bold brushwork and layered color fields.

My background in tattooing has provided me with a unique understanding of how art can permanently mark both the body and the psyche, informing my approach to canvas as a space for emotional imprint rather than mere representation. This background gives my abstract work a distinctive quality—one that embraces fluidity while maintaining purposeful composition.

While my paintings aren't explicitly narrative, my identity naturally flows into my work. They carry threads of my experiences in the queer community – the complexity, the beauty, and sometimes the tension of visibility and belonging.
